The minimum period of car rental is 3 days.

You can make a reservation online or by making a request by phone or e-mail.

RENTAL PERIOD

The tenant must have a valid driver's license and identification
card or passport.

NEEDED DOCUMENTS

Minimal driving
seniority - two years.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRIVER

The standard car deposit/reservation amount is €150.00 . The deposit can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. The deposit is fully returned within 14 days, if all the terms of the contract are fulfilled. If the customer does not come to collect the car after paying the €150.00 deposit/reservation fee, the money will not be returned.

The rent can be paid in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

The car is delivered with a full or almost full fuel tank. At the end of the rental period, the car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it was picked up.

FUEL

The car must be returned to the agreed place in the same position as it was picked up. The company undertakes to properly check the condition of the car before handing it over to the customer. The client

undertakes to maintain the proper condition of the car during the rental period in order to avoid breakdowns and damages. Interior cleaning and body wash are not included in the car rental price, so it is necessary to return it in the same condition as it was received. Otherwise, a cleaning service fee will be charged. Smoking, drinking alcohol in the car, speeding, transporting narcotics are prohibited. There is a penalty for this. A 1-hour return tolerance applies. If it takes longer than 1 hour, an additional day starts counting.

CAR RETURN,
CAR CONDITION

The maximum free mileage when renting a car is 500 km per day . After exceeding the set mileage, each additional kilometer is charged at €0.10. Kilometers are calculated over the total rental period (e.g. 5 days - 2500 km).

MILEAGE

Technical assistance is provided 24/7 during the use of the car in the territory of Lithuania. Roadside assistance is provided
within 24 hours of notification.
Depending on the situation, the company
can provide a replacement car.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

There is no charge for an additional driver. Additional driver data must be provided before signing the car rental agreement. Transferring the driving of the car to a person not included in the car rental contract is strictly prohibited. A fine of €100 applies for this. Cars are monitored by a GPS tracking system (location, speed, breakdowns, bonnet openings, refueling).

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

The territory of driving a car is Lithuania. In order to leave the country, it is necessary to inform the company in advance. For unannounced departure outside Lithuania
a fine of €250 applies.

CROSSING THE BORDER

The tenant assumes full responsibility for following traffic rules during the rental period. Upon receipt of a notification of KET violations, the lessor transfers the client's data to the police or other responsible authority. A €20 fee is charged for the administration of KET violations.

VIOLATION OF KET

The reservation can be canceled at least before
14 days before the reservation date.
The deposit is refundable.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

All rental cars are insured with mandatory vehicle liability insurance. CASCO insurance is available for an additional fee. The CASK deductible is €300 , which means that the customer's maximum liability for damage to the car due to his fault is up to €300.

CAR INSURANCE

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the car reservation (e.g. due to a technical breakdown of the car or a car accident) and to inform the customer about this in advance.
